New garage door in Sydney?
Measured on site, not guessed.

It is forty per cent of what people see from the street and the part most renovations forget. We measure, supply and install — and we take the old door away.

Suburbs we reach directly

These are the Sydney suburbs our teams work across day to day. Outside this list we still attend — the arrival window is just longer, and you will be told what it is.

Services in Sydney

Sectional, roller and tilt — supplied and fitted

Installation is the whole business. That means we measure properly, we care what it looks like next to your roof line, and we are still reachable when the motor needs a service in year four.

A garage door with timber panels and windows

Sectional door installation

The standard choice for most homes: panels that lift and run back along the ceiling. Insulated options where the garage is attached to a living space. Covering Sydney and the surrounding suburbs.

Roller door installation

Where ceiling space is tight or the garage is used as a workshop. Single-skin and insulated curtains, in the full colour range.

Tight · headroom

Tilt door replacement

Common on older homes. Often replaced with a sectional door for the extra headroom, and we will show you the difference before you decide.

Colour and profile matching

Matched to your roof, gutters or window frames rather than picked from a screen. We bring samples to the measure.

Opener supply & install

Belt and chain drives, with the remotes, wall button and safety beams set up and tested as part of the install rather than as an extra.

Old door removal

Taken off, springs safely de-tensioned, and the lot removed from site. Steel goes to recycling, not into your green bin.

How it works

Four steps, and the measure comes before the price

Day 0Enquiry

Photos and rough opening

A photo from the street and the approximate width tells us what is worth bringing to the measure.

Day 2Measure

On site, with samples

Headroom, side room, backroom and the state of the opening. Colour samples held against your actual roof, in daylight.

Day 3Quote

Fixed, in writing

One figure including the door, the opener, the install and removal of the old door. Nothing added later.

Week 3Install

One day, most jobs

Old door out, new door in, tested and handed over the same day. Longer only where the opening itself needs work.

Before you book anyone

Four things to settle before you sign for a door.

A garage door is a ten to fifteen year purchase and most people buy one twice in a lifetime. These are the questions that decide whether you are happy in year six.

  • Insist the measure happens on siteHeadroom and side room decide which doors will physically fit. A quote given over the phone is a guess that becomes your problem on install day.
  • Ask whether removal of the old door is includedIt is heavy, the springs are under tension and the tip takes it as scrap steel. Find out whose job it is before install day, not on it.
  • Ask what the warranty covers on the motor separatelyThe door and the opener are usually from different manufacturers with different terms. Two warranties, two periods, both worth having in writing.
  • Ask to see the colour outdoorsColorbond colours read completely differently in daylight against a real roof than they do on a chart indoors or on a screen.

Sydney questions

Which Sydney suburbs do you cover?

Direct coverage across Sydney and the surrounding areas, including Surry Hills, Newtown, Bondi, Parramatta, Chatswood, Manly. If you are outside that, ring anyway — we will give you an honest arrival time rather than a number you would like to hear.

How quickly can someone get to me in Sydney?

Typically a measured quote for inner Sydney. Traffic and the time of day move that, so the window you are given on the call is the one we hold ourselves to — if it slips, you get a ring, not silence.

Where are you based in Sydney?

Our Sydney address is 561-583 Polding Street, Wetherill Park NSW 2164. Teams work across the metro area rather than out of that office, so your arrival time depends on who is closest to you, not on how far you are from that address.

How long from order to installation?

Usually two to four weeks. Stock colours in common sizes are at the shorter end; custom sizes and less common colours run longer. You get a date at the time of order, not a range.

Sectional or roller — which should I get?

Sectional doors seal and insulate better and look more substantial from the street. Roller doors need far less ceiling space, which matters if you are storing things overhead or have a low garage. We will tell you which your opening actually suits.

Can you match the door to my roof?

Yes, and we bring samples to the measure so you can hold them against the roof in daylight. Matching to trim or window frames is often the better choice, and we will say so if that is the case.

Do I need a new opener with a new door?

Not always. If the existing motor is under about eight years old and sized for the new door's weight, it can usually stay. We check the rating rather than automatically quoting a new one.
